Since I have never actually shown a SAXS machine, I thought it&#8217;d be of interest to some to reveal the mythical beast. <!--more-->This instrument is a Bruker Nanostar, with a quite short flighttube. It&#8217;s one of the quintessentially standard instruments around, and can be quite decent once you get to grips with its operation and foibles.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps this video can be of use to those less familiar with SAXS, or can be used as an introductory video to instrumentation.
