If you’re a finishing Ph.D. student or a post-doc looking for a 2+ year position, we’ve got a very cool position available for you. Led by a young team focusing on batteries (officially called “electrical energy storage”), we will be building out our capacity for operando X-ray scattering (mostly in the MOUSE lab) and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (mainly at BESSY). We’ve done some work on that already, and the results show that they are invaluable techniques for energy storage materials development.
